(Stage-manger: Active)

when you set the finder eg: download folder and open the workspace, the finder A; doesn't open in the same active window side by side, instead it opens the app and puts the finder screen in separate stage manager app ( not on the space ). B; when closing the work space it doesn't close the apps.
